"Still Waiting After All Their Promises"
I reached out and was told someone would get back to me, but I still haven’t heard a thing. It’s really frustrating when companies make these vague promises about following up and then just leave you hanging.

"I had a really hard time getting clear..."
I had a really hard time getting clear answers. The calls and messages were all over the place, and half the time I had no clue what was actually booked or what I was supposed to do next. It was a pain in the ass and made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be

"Warranty support got it handled"
Warranty support took a little longer than I expected, but they did get it sorted in the end. Overall, it was okay.

"Not enough detail for something health-related"
As a clinician, this site really didn’t give me enough to feel confident. The information felt way too vague, especially around what the actual care steps are, what follow-up looks like, and what risks to watch for. For a health site, that’s a big deal. I also couldn’t tell how current the information was, which made me even more hesitant. I wouldn’t book based on this site alone.

"Equipment felt neglected and getting help was a hassle"
I had a frustrating visit. The equipment didn’t seem like it was being maintained very well, and I kept running into issues that slowed everything down. What made it worse was that it felt like there was barely any human contact when I needed help, so I had to keep trying to get someone’s attention instead of just being able to fix the problem quickly. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but mine was annoying enough that I wouldn’t go back.

I checked it out expecting at least a decent variety, but nope, the so-called “selection” was basically a sad little lineup of barely anything. Not much to choose from at all...

"Paperwork was a bit of a mess"
The paperwork side of things wasn’t great. Some of my documents got lost, and it took way too long to get replies. It just felt disorganized overall.

"CPAP setup was okay, just a little slow"
My CPAP setup was, I guess, fine overall. The person helping me was friendly and went over the basics, but there were a couple parts where it felt like we moved through things kind of quickly.

I ended up having to ask a few questions again later because I still wasn’t totally sure about the mask fit and how to clean everything properly. Also, booking the appointment took longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating.
It wasn’t a bad experience, really. I did get what I needed in the end, but I think it could’ve been a bit more organized and smoother.

"Better than I expected overall"
I had a good experience overall. Booking was simple, and the staff were friendly when I got there. I did end up waiting a little longer than I thought I would, which was a bit frustrating, but the care itself was solid. They explained everything clearly enough, and I left feeling like things were handled well. Overall, it mostly met my expectations and was a positive experience...

"Staff could be a bit friendlier??"
The service was fine overall, but the staff came across a little cold. I don’t need anything over the top, but a warmer attitude would’ve made the experience better, you know??

"The billing felt a bit unclear"
I didn’t fully understand the billing at first, and then a few costs seemed to pop up later without being explained very well. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but personally, I think the pricing should have been more upfront and easier to follow.

"Absolutely too pricey for what I could handle"
I looked into Careica Health because I genuinely needed the help, but wow, the pricing was 100% out of my range. Like, there is no question in my mind that it’s made for people who have extra money sitting around. I knew pretty much immediately I couldn’t afford it, so I had to move on and find another option.

They did help me figure things out eventually, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the replies took longer than I expected, which made the whole troubleshooting process feel a bit "dragged out."

"I don’t think I was being unreasonable here..."
I don’t think I was being unreasonable here, but the whole insurance coordination process was a mess. I kept getting different answers depending on who I talked to, and I ended up having to follow up myself just to figure out what was going on. It really felt like nobody was on the same page, it made everything way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Always waiting on CPAP supplies"
I tried getting my CPAP supplies through Careica, it turned into way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. They kept telling me things weren’t in stock or had to be ordered, but you never really get a clear answer on when anything is actually coming in.

I ended up having to call back myself multiple times just to check what was going on. When it’s health equipment, you kind of expect them to have better availability or at least better communication. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

"I went in hoping the mask fitting..."
I went in hoping the mask fitting would sort everything out, but it only helped a little. It still felt kind of loose once I got home, which was frustrating because I had planned to finally get a decent night’s sleep and move on with my day. Instead, I ended up messing with it again and feeling annoyed that my plans were basically ruined

"Oxygen support really didn’t reassure me"
I wasn’t feeling great about their oxygen therapy support from the start, the whole experience kind of confirmed what I was worried about. The replies were slow, and I kept having to ask for really basic help that I feel should’ve been offered upfront. Maybe others have had better luck, but based on this, I wouldn’t use them again.

To be fair, the equipment worked fine and I didn’t have any real issues using it. That said, it does feel a little cheap overall, so I wouldn’t call it great. It’s okay if you just need something that gets the job done.

"Replacement supplies are taking much longer than expected"
I’m still waiting on the replacement supplies, and it’s been frustrating. I expected there might be a little delay, because that happens sometimes, but this has taken way longer than I thought it would. I reached out hoping to get a clear update or at least some kind of helpful explanation, but I didn’t really get much information back. So at this point I’m just stuck waiting, not really knowing when the supplies will arrive, which makes the whole process feel unhelpful.
